In addition we will provide you with copies of all correspondence and the video footage as part of the report.

Our mystery shoppers are not operating in the same manner as a manufacturer organised shop and will come across as credible shoppers, they are purely trained on the equipment only so as not to unconsciously encourage or assist the sales person and to ensure the appear to be genuine. We use the latest range of high definition mystery shopping equipment that is difficult for any sales person to detect and providing first class feedback from the individuals carrying out the exercise. Our shoppers will report who the experience made them feel and if they felt comfortable buying from those individuals.

We have covered many different aspects for some of our existing clients as part of the training and development we provide but this can be arranged as a stand alone service to you.
